I booked two rooms, but the condition of both rooms was far below expectations.The issues I experienced include:There is no TV in either room, despite this being a basic amenity.The bathrooms are extremely small and uncomfortable.The toilet (commode) is in very poor condition and moves when someone sits on it, which is both unsafe and unacceptable.The bed sheets are old, worn out, and appeared dirty.Both rooms have a strong unpleasant smell, making the stay very uncomfortable.The staff's behavior was very rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse.The photos displayed on the website are completely different from the actual condition of the hotel and rooms. The online listing is misleading and does not accurately represent the property.Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, facilities, and customer service are far below acceptable standards. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I expected much better for the amount I paid. I would not recommend this hotel to others unless significant improvements are made. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and ensures that the property and its online representation accurately reflect the actual guest experience
