We booked a family room expecting better comfort and facilities, not merely a larger room with an additional bed. Unfortunately, the room had inadequate storage: the cupboards did not even contain shelves. This made it difficult to understand the justification for the additional charge of approximately 3,000 per night for the family-room category.The refrigerator was placed on a shelf in a position that obstructed the television for the person using the single bed. The room-service experience was equally disappointing. The tea tasted stale and reheated, while the food quality was poor enough that we chose not to order room service again.The basement restaurant felt hot and suffocating, apparently because of inadequate ventilation and poor circulation of cooking heat. We did not see anybody dining there, which was understandable given the uncomfortable environment.Service was consistently slow. Almost every request made to reception or the restaurant required a reminder after a considerable wait. The towels provided were noticeably old and worn. More seriously, we found cockroaches in the room.The bathroom also showed signs of poor maintenance, including seepage. The towel rod came loose and fell as soon as it was used. The supplied shampoo and body wash appeared to be of extremely poor quality, and we were not comfortable using them; for the same reason, we did not open the dental kits.Overall, the room, food, hygiene, maintenance and service were all well below what we expected from the hotel and from a room sold at an additional family-room premium. The property needs substantial improvement in cleanliness, upkeep, ventilation, staff responsiveness and quality control.

no Wi-Fi, staff , Rooms that look nothing like the online photos or are much smaller than expected, food quality worse than expected, Rude, unhelpful staff they always says no! with statement its hotel policy.No lift!!
