This is likely the top hotel in Nagaon with clean, well-maintained rooms. They offer a rooftop bar and good service, all at a fair price. However, I had two unpleasant experiences during my 3-night stay. The breakfast was the same every day. On the first day, I took two pieces of bread, and while eating the second, I noticed mold on it, which was very off-putting. The second issue happened at checkout. I waited in line at reception for about 30 minutes, but staff kept serving others who came from the side instead of attending to me. Staff should be trained to recognize and serve guests in the order they arrived, rather than allowing others to cut in. Guests shouldn't have to argue to maintain the queue.
