The stay was amazing, the hospitality I received was above the clouds.Location: 5/5 ’ It is 2 mins walk to the Chiwla BeachFood: 5/5 ’You bring fish and they will cook amazing Malwani fresh homely food for youAmbience: 5/5 ’ This property is big. Covered entirely with coconut trees. Soothing breeze all the time.Cleanliness: 5/5 ’ Rooms and entire property was well maintained and clean.Hospitality: 5/5 ’ They treat you like their own Family. Special mention to Siddhesh, Sandeep & Rujay who just ensure that your entire stay is very smooth. You just need to ask for it and they give the best to you.I would love to stay here everytime I come here.

I generally do no like providing such feedback but in this instance it was required.. I came to know about this property through MakeMyTrip. Since it showed as full, I contacted the owner directly. He shared the rates on WhatsApp, which I accepted, and I transferred an advance payment. I had specifically asked whether breakfast was included, but the owner did not respond to that query. I was travelling with my family, including two senior citizens, one child, my wife, and myself, so clarity and coordination were important. However, upon arrival, the staff was unaware that we had booked two apartments, and post informing the apartments were allotted in two different complexes. We had to request that the rooms be placed together and even forwent the additional cost to make this possible. The room tariff is high and includes hidden charges So Breakfast is not complimentary and had to be paid for separately, which was never communicated in advance. There were no complimentary water bottles provided, and the passage lights were frequently switched off for unclear reasons, causing inconvenience especially with senior citizens and a child.They will need to be more transparent about charges and rates and will also have to inform visitors in advance..While the rooms were spacious, the property offers very poor value for money and is not recommended, particularly for families who expect basic hotel-like services and transparency. Please take this feedback in the positive sence so that other direct callers are not impacted..

We are regular visitors of Rosary House. We love their family atmosphere and quick service. We also love the view and highly appreciate the help and hospitality from the family members. They serve authentic and tasty Malvani food. The rooms were neat and clean.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The location is perfect ’ peaceful, scenic, and close to [landmark/attraction], which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.The food was delicious, especiallyvisiting [Malvan] ’ it’s perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for comfort, great service, and a wonderful experience!

This place is just walking distance away from Chivala Beach. Very comfortable and spacious rooms,excellent service and wonderful food.Overall, a very good place .The beach is also very clean and hygienic place.
