Hotel Silver Spring

I stayed in this hotel in the last week of February 2026. The interiors of the hotel room were excellent. The food quality and taste were really delicious’I absolutely loved it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

My stay at this hotel was truly delightful from start to finish. The property was beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and a warm, inviting ambiance. Every detail reflected care and professionalism. What made the experience exceptional, however, was the staff, Simsai and Mamta. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with genuine smiles. Their hospitality made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. Service was prompt, efficient, and thoughtful, ensuring complete comfort. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality and the food was to die for.

Exceptional hospitality & truly supportive staffI reached the hotel on 31st December 2025 evening, which was peak season, and wanted to attend a New Year’s Eve party at a nearby venue. Despite extreme demand and no cabs being readily available, the hotel staff went out of their way’speaking to multiple people and trying every possible option’to help me arrange transportation. Their effort and willingness to help really stood out.To add to this, I later realized that I had forgotten my new winter jacket in the hotel wardrobe. When I called them, the team immediately took responsibility and arranged a courier from Port Blair to Mumbai within a very short span, which was truly impressive.A special mention to Freeda at the front desk, who was extremely helpful, responsive, and kind throughout. Such genuine care and support make all the difference and reflect the hotel’s strong service culture.Wishing the entire team, especially Freeda, great success and good luck. Highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding hospitality and guest support.

It's ambience are good. But hygiene and maintainance are poor. Foods are ultimately good. Room maintenance is very bad. 2star is okay for rooms. 3star is given to it's foods and service.we faced Power fluctuations there. Its Not upto the mark.

Really amazing, Thanks to Mamta the Kindest Receptionist and her Reservation team to understand my situation and to provide me all the comforts I needed. Even the foods are very delicious and the staff at Restaurant are also good. So happy to be here as the staff here are very generous and they look upto your needs immediately. The staff gives you so familiar Vibes you feel safe around them as if you're at your home. Thankyou to Ms Mamta Kind for the consideration.
