Hotel SM Deccan Park

The lobby area looks good, but the rooms themselves are quite old and disappointing. While the bed sheets are neat and clean, the bathroom stinks despite appearing somewhat clean, and the repainted walls are already covered in watermarks. The air conditioning makes loud, "dinosaur-like" noises every 15 to 20 minutes and barely manages to cool the space. To make matters worse, the room was filled with so much perfume or room spray that I couldn't breathe properly in the middle of the night, and the presence of naphthalene balls made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Although there is a window, it unfortunately opens directly into a corridor rather than outside, providing no real fresh air or privacy.

I ordered Mutton biryani today from zomato. The biryani rice was good but too oily. Mutton pieces doesn't even tasted good. They tasted like only made with mutton pieces and curry leaves. Should have given much time for mutton to get softer. It was hard as rubber. Atleast biryani should be hot when it arrives but it was too cold.

Hi! Everyone.I was traveling to Kochi from Dehradun with my family two weeks back. My flight was first cancelled and then diverted to Hyderabad. He helped me and my family and with his helpful behaviour and kind nature he made a tie up with INDIGO Hyderabad and provided us a Room for one night at his extremely Comfortable Hotel. I stayed at SM Deccan Park, Shamshabad, which is located near the Hyderabad airport. I was traveling with my family on IndiGo, and due to a flight delay, the airline arranged this hotel for a few hours of stay.I feel this is one of the best properties near the airport. It was very safe for families. We stayed in Room No. 401, which had two double beds. The room interior was excellent, very clean, and hygienic.The staff were extremely helpful. Even though our check-in was very late (around 3:00 AM), they provided excellent service and served good food directly to our room.I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family who are looking for a comfortable stay near the airport.Thank you, IndiGo Airlines, for arranging this pleasant stay.

Choose this hotel to stay as it was very close to a Paradise Biryani outlet. There are plenty of hotels in the area, atleast 20 of them. Booked it on make my trip and got it for a good deal. The hotel was decent. The rooms were clean. Complimentary breakfast was also available, however it was served quite late. Only concern was that the room was not sound proof. A lot of outside noises were heard.
