We reached and the staff where not aware of the booking, had to wait for 40 mins to check in, we had booked a executive room, and was given normal room as they were sold out, the wash room was pathetic the jet spray was clogged with lime scale, the bath tub had fungus all around, and there were worms in the bathtub crawling all over, pathetic experience, the lobby was all dusty as there is renovation going on, not at all clean and tidy, and the staff are clueless of their job!
