Le Meridien Hyderabad

I spent a total of 12 nights across 3 different reservations at Le Meridien. The employees went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. Notably was Vikash in the Turquoise dining room. He made helpful suggestions each morning on food items taking into account the region I was from and what I might like also introducing me to Indian coffee. I highly suggest that Vikash be a trainer to the other dining employees as he had the right balance of help, efficiency, and smiles without being intrusive to the day. Also of note was the care and attention from housekeeping members Karya, Chourangi and Sai Priyanka. As a solo traveler, I appreciated their care.

Le Royal M??ridien in Gachibowli is one of those rare hotels where you walk in, look around, and think, ’Ah, so this is where my room tariff went.’From the moment you enter, the place feels polished, modern, and very deliberately maintained. The hotel is **extremely** clean’lobby, elevators, corridors, rooms, all of it. The staff are impeccably polite in that effortless way where you’re not sure if you’re a guest or minor royalty. They open doors, greet you properly, and somehow always appear at exactly the right time without hovering.The rooms are big, bright, and very functional without feeling clinical. The bed is properly comfortable’the kind that makes you question the life choices that led you to your current mattress at home. Plenty of storage space, a good-sized TV, and a fridge that’s actually useful instead of just existing for decoration. Housekeeping does an excellent job; the room stays clean and well organized, and nothing ever feels half-done.Special shoutout to Sheshu on the 7th floor, who deserves his own mention. He was incredibly helpful with luggage and just generally the kind of person who makes your stay smoother without making a big show of it. That ’above and beyond’ attitude is pretty much the theme with the staff here’from front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast team.Speaking of breakfast: it’s excellent in quality, even if the variety isn’t massive. The buffet ambience is calm and pleasant, and it actually feels like somewhere you’d want to sit for a while, not just rush through. The filter coffee is legitimately good, and the kanji and porridge options are a nice touch. There aren’t a ton of Indian or very healthy options compared to some larger buffets, but what they do serve is well-executed. The breakfast staff are attentive, quick to clear plates, refill coffee, and check in without being intrusive.The only real quirk is the parking and access to the hotel. It’s on a busy road, next to a mall, with a corner entrance that’s surprisingly easy to miss. Getting in and out by car can feel a bit awkward and mildly confusing the first time. Once you’ve figured it out, it’s fine’but it definitely doesn’t match the elegance of everything inside.Overall, though, the service and cleanliness at Le Royal M??ridien more than make up for the slightly odd access situation. It’s the kind of hotel where you actually relax, sleep well, and leave thinking, ’Yeah, I’d absolutely stay here again.’. 5 stars

My husband and I travel to Hyderabad multiple times a year for work from the U.S., and we don’t experiment much with hotels’Le M??ridien is one of the very few places we consistently choose to stay.The experience is always reliable and comfortable. Jasper, the in-house restaurant, serves some of the best dal and pulao we’ve ever had. It’s our go-to spot when we’re feeling homesick, and the food never disappoints. Despite being centrally located, the rooms are peaceful and well insulated’you don’t hear loud music or outside noise, which we really appreciate after long workdays.A special shoutout to our housekeeper, Priyanka. She was absolutely amazing’on top of the room cleaning every single day, especially on days when we ordered room service. We had zero complaints. On our final day, she even left a rose in the room, which was such a thoughtful and sweet surprise.The hotel’s location is perfect for our needs, and the gym is another highlight. I used it every day’it’s well equipped and well maintained. The lobby staff and bell staff are also excellent; they respond quickly and are always willing to help with a smile.Overall, Le M??ridien Hyderabad continues to be a place we trust and return to, and we highly recommend it for both work and longer stays.Greta job to Mansi too for keeping the guest experience nice while we were there!

I had an excellent stay at hotel, characterized by truly outstanding hospitality.The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a genuine smile. This high level of service made me feel welcome and completely taken care of.The rooms themselves are fantastic’they are clean, spacious, and extremely well-maintained, offering great city views.A special commendation goes to the Floor Supervisor on the 8th floor, his name is SRINIVAS, He provided exceptional care during my stay and was incredibly polite and attentive.The level of friendliness and attention from the hotel staff is so remarkable that it actually prompted me to consider canceling a booking at a different hotel starting from Dec 22nd just to move my entire stay here! This team truly elevates the guest experience.
