Lovely stay at ella..the rooms are spacious with a a balcony and the staff is very courteous
The hotel itself may be fine, but the hospitality was absolutely zero. The staff member, Nikki Yadav, was extremely rude and even threatening in his behavior, acting as though he owned the property. I fully respect hotel rules and regulations, but those were never clearly shared on Agoda or even at check-in. Instead of trying to understand the situation, he spoke arrogantly and did not care at all why I wanted to leave.Because of his rude attitude, I vacated the hotel within just 4 hours, even though I had already paid in full. What was most shocking was that he did not even try to understand the reason for my departure and stood there smiling while I left. It was honestly unbelievable.I have been staying at this property consistently for the last 8 months and have never had such an experience before. This incident happened only because of this one staff member, and it completely ruined my trust in the hotel. I will never visit this property again.I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. If you are okay staying at the mercy of rude staff, then perhaps this place is for you. Otherwise, good luck.
