The room photos uploaded on Agoda for the Executive Room were highly misleading and appeared to be heavily edited or AI-generated. The actual room condition was very poor, and cleanliness was completely unsatisfactory. The room did not match the photos shown on the app.The location is also inconvenient, with no good restaurants nearby. Despite paying for the booking online, the hotel staff charged extra cash for a water bottle. Staff behaviour was disappointing, and there was no proper hospitality.Overall, a very bad experience. Agoda should verify the property’s photos and actual room conditions before listing them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Don't select this hotel at any cost.Very old hotel, decorated with papers on walls.Sufferred with dust allergy for 3 hours in the night, and the bed sheet are etchy, looks like washed in some dirty water.From 6 AM morning, no power. They said its a line issue they can't fix it. No hot water.They charged Rs 4000 for two adults, No breakfast included. Its not even worth of Rs 2000. They are cheating with hotel just with only only one advantage, location is close to Air Port.

Guests are not informed that room access cards deactivate daily, forcing repeated trips just to regain entry. This is a basic operational detail that the hotel fails to communicate.Front desk, Mr Rehman is so irresponsible to address the customer issues.To top it off, one of the rooms had a bedbug issue, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and upkeep.Overall, this property reflects poor management, weak maintenance, and lack of professionalism. Not recommended.

My recent stay at Hotel SM Eagle Grand was extremely disappointing, primarily due to poor front desk management and basic operational failures.The front desk staff, especially Mr. Rehman, showed very poor responsiveness and lack of accountability. Critical information was not communicated at check-in’specifically, that the room access cards get deactivated daily. As a result, we had to repeatedly come down from the 4th floor to get the cards reactivated, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Despite staff observing this issue multiple times, no proactive communication or resolution was provided.Additionally, the digital door lock battery had completely drained, leaving us locked out of the room. It took nearly 30 minutes to open the door using a physical key. After a long workday, dealing with such avoidable issues was extremely frustrating.To make matters worse, one of the rooms had a bedbug issue. Unfortunately, based on our experience, the existing reviews mentioning bedbugs appear to be accurate.Overall, the stay was highly unsatisfactory due to poor maintenance, lack of communication, and unprofessional front desk handling. Strongly recommend the management take immediate corrective action.

I stayed at this hotel with my family, and it was a terrible experience. We were given Room 302, which was in extremely poor and unhygienic condition. The bed was infested with bed bugs (khatmal), and due to bed bug bites, one of the guests had a medical emergency, which is very serious and unacceptable.On top of that, the geyser was not working, and the toilet flush was also not functional, making the room completely uncomfortable and unfit for stay. This shows a complete lack of basic maintenance and hygiene standards.We paid for a comfortable stay but instead faced health risks, stress, and inconvenience. Management did not take the issue seriously.I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone. Please think twice before booking.
