I checked in at 11:30PM but still the room was not ready. I am very much surprised to see this. Room was clean and staffs were okay. Location is the main advantage for this hotel. Rest things are average.

Online photos are quiet eye catching but hotel entrance is quiet slum. Disgusting smell of foul food naala at the entrance. There is no car park as they promised free car parking. majority of The staff are under aged people, they looked like junior collage students.Dining is another place where I didn’t go for breakfast which I pre paid for. Food was cold and low stock at 0900, but it must be available until 10am. I stayed with my teen son, I didn’t feel safe at all. Location of the hotel is right on the highway. Very dusty. My son developed rashes all over his body. Hot water system is very tiny, hardly get quarter bucket hot water at a time. And commode won’t flush feacal matter. One flush at a time. Next flush you have to wait for 5-10 mins. And the smell in the toilet is revolting.. in three days I asked for one extra water bottle and they charged straight away.Front desk tried to allocate the corner room with road view but it didn’t worked out for us. Felt like we are sleeping right on the street. Extreme lighting from the street light all night. At 0200 I thought it is sun rise. Room service boy tried hard to helpParking my car however it is quite dangerous location. It felt like I’m in a circus for the parking. It is not suitable for family stay at all. Over all I don’t want to go to this place ever again.

We didn't have a good experience in this hotel. 1. The room was swathed with the smell of mothball when we entered, which the staff spammed everywhere in the toilet. 2. We asked for an airport transfer from the hotel, which cost 500 rupees. But when we arrived at the hotel, the staff claimed to be 600 rupees. 3. Sound proofing was very poor. There were alot of noise just outside our room in the wee hours, and a lot of door bangings in the early morning. We didn't feel safe and didn't have a good sleep.4. We asked for a standard room, which the picture shows has a bathtub. But the room we got didn't have one. We asked to change room, which the staff did give in to the request after we show him the photo of the bathtub in the Agoda app.Overall, we wouldn't recommend to stay in this hotel.
