One of the best budget friendly places to stay
I stayed at RCC Hotels, Gachibowli for a work visit. The ambience and the service was satisfactory, but the room experience varies significantly by category.The Deluxe Queen rooms are reasonably good, but the Standard Queen rooms are disappointing for the price charged. The bathroom maintenance was particularly poor — the tap/shower knob had fallen off, the shower fitting was leaking, and there were repeated thudding/knocking sounds, with components seemingly coming loose or falling. I’ve attached a video showing the condition.For a hotel catering to business travellers, basic room and bathroom maintenance should be a given. The management needs to improve routine inspections and upkeep, particularly for the Standard Queen rooms.Overall: Decent ambience and service, but disappointing room maintenance and value for money in the Standard Queen category.
