I had a wonderful experience staying here. The studio apartment is beautifully designed, tastefully furnished, and feels much more spacious and luxurious than expected. Everything was neat, clean, and well maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.The cafeteria was another great part of the stay. The food was fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced, with good portion sizes. I especially liked that the prices were quite fair compared to what you usually find at similar properties. Overall, the food quality and pricing were both impressive.The only downside was the entry area. It was under construction during my visit, and because of the rain, the pathway was muddy and not very pleasant or easy to walk through. Hopefully, once the construction is completed, this will be improved.Also they should stick to the process they mentioned over call and what they actually charge. Additional FeedbackOne area that could be improved is the sleeping arrangement for an additional guest. They do not provide an extra bed, but instead provide a mattress that needs to be placed on the floor. This can be uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights, as the mattress cannot always be kept permanently laid out and one person may end up feeling less rested.Also, since the mattress is placed directly on the floor, the cleanliness of the floor becomes particularly important. If the floor is even slightly dusty or dirty, it can make the sleeping arrangement feel unhygienic and uncomfortable.Providing a proper rollaway/extra bed or a raised sleeping option would make the stay much more comfortable for groups of three.
The room is quite small for single occupancy and does not justify the cost of Rs. 32k per month.

The rooms are well-maintained and clean, and the management team is very supportive. It's an ideal spot for anyone seeking a comfortable and stress-free co-living setup in Hyderabad. I definitely recommend it! If I ever visit Hyderabad again, CS Luxurio will be my top pick!
