Solo Traveller • India • Oct 2026I booked the room for my in law. The room was decent,clean but bathroom flush fitting was not fine and it came off during the 1st time usage. Hotel staff mentioned they knew about the issue but couldn't resolve and provided option to change room which is good at their part but it does not answer the question - if they know there is an issue in a room ,why did they give the room to guests- I don't think it is a good practice and they should be careful in future.
