The hotel stay was brief and food was really great. The rooms are adequate for night stay. Good things was the food was available till late night and they have categorised the food based on time.The sous chef Manoj and Team, did a terrific job with the food preparation. Had a great stay in this hotel for my job relocation.Pros: Rooms are clean, and get regularly cleaned as per guest's convenience. Buffet Breakfast was great and with many varieties available, along with order to eat service available. I especially loved the baked yoghurt. Laundry service was also quite good.What can be improved: For first time hotel guests like me, it would be quite helpful if there were some instruction booklet available to use the appliances properly, as it took some time get familiarised. Besides that, I don't have anything else to suggest as improvement.Location: It is not a great location for pedestrians since it is located near a tri-junction main road. However, there is usually no issue if you have your own vehicle. Autorickshaws are also usually available nearby.

Every visit to India with my family, this hotel has become our go-to and most convenient destination. The staff is truly exceptional ’ from housekeeping to the chefs, everyone goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. Their warm smiles and attentive service make a real difference. A big thank-you to chefs Chandan Kumar, Manoj, and Manish, who were especially welcoming and made our stay even more memorable.We absolutely enjoyed the breakfast buffet ’ since it’s our dinnertime in the US, we made the most of it! Every single item served was delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care. The team managing the buffet was simply amazing, always checking in and ensuring we had everything we needed.The rooms were spotless, the ambiance was relaxing, and the overall hospitality was top-notch. We truly feel valued every time we stay here.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a wonderful experience.

Stayed for a week, it was good experience.Check in and check out was fast & smooth.Loved the complimentary breakfast options, especially live counters for coffee, tea, dosa, waffle & pan cakes - all were top notch. At least 6 or 7 fruits were available, idlli, vada, poori, chuttnies were good. A smiling staff & also chef were getting feedback inspite of crowd. Had a la carte dinner a day, that was also good.Room was just fine. A/C was working properly, water bottles refilled sufficiently every day, bathroom was bit smaller with single door concept, took me a day to understand & use it :) All washroom complimentaries was provided upfront & refilled. Towels were not fresh/new as I experienced in US hotels, probably Indian standard can be improved.Gym was good, there was treadmills, cycling and weight lifting facilities with weighing machine, towels, water & light music.
