Extremely accommodating for babies. My hopes regarding my baby's meals were fully satisfied. The staff was consistently courteous and supportive. Thank you for making our extended stay so wonderful.

My experience at the Hyatt Gachibowli was truly fantastic. It was my first time in India, and as usual when I travel, I wanted to sample as much traditional local cuisine as possible. I couldn't have picked a better hotel. The breakfast offered here is incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options. The menu featured many Indian dishes, but I faced a dilemma. Being new to Indian food, I wasn't sure how to choose among dosa, idli, uttapam, khichdi, and more. So many options to explore. That's when Pryia, the most amazing waitress I've ever met, came into the picture. From day one, she took me under her wing and guided me daily through a delightful Indian culinary adventure. During my week at the Hyatt, we tried everything on the menu, and she explained each dish with enthusiasm and joy. What a wonderful way to begin the day. Everyone at the hotel was very kind and professional, but Pryia stood out as truly exceptional. Those breakfasts were undoubtedly the highlight of my trip to India. Pryia, if you read this, thank you so much for making my stay so memorable! I will always remember you 🤗

Situated in the center of tech city, close to many major tech company offices. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's atmosphere was pleasant. Rooms are moderately sized and equipped with most amenities. The in-room dining was also quite good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

As a long-time Hyatt guest, it's hard for me to say this, but my recent 15-day stay was disappointing and the service seems to have declined compared to my past experiences. The basic room cleaning was inadequate; I encountered stained towels, leftover hair from previous guests, and water bottles were restocked late despite my mentioning it. The food was even worse, with very limited main course choices at 4Note and most dishes tasting off. It seemed like feedback on food quality was ignored and complaints went unaddressed. What frustrates me most is that none of these issues appear to be improving. I've had comfortable stays here before, so this isn't just venting. It feels like management is no longer taking guest feedback seriously, and the brand is suffering as a result. I hope Hyatt reviews this situation and makes meaningful improvements soon. At present, I can't recommend this hotel if you expect clean rooms, good food, or service worthy of the Hyatt name.
