I had an awesome stay at the hotel. Right from checkin, I had pleasant experience. The room was nice and clean and also very spacious. The hotel is huge and pretty beautiful. I really liked the huge mural in the middle of the lobby. Usually big hotels donot have a good woking gym but I was so happy to see really nice and big gym here. The breakfast was delicious. They had huge variety of bakery items. I just think they should change the carpet in the lobby which seems to be old. I would vist here again.

We had an excellent family stay at Hyatt, and the experience exceeded our expectations.Before our visit, the relationship manager Nivedita Dutta proactively reached out to understand our requirements, especially since we were traveling with kids. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for a comfortable stay. On arrival, both Nivedita and the reception team greeted us warmly, and we were welcomed with refreshing welcome drinks.Our suite was ready on time, impeccably clean, and fully stocked with all necessary amenities, including toiletries. A special highlight was how the staff went the extra mile to make our child feel special by installing a canopy in the room, which truly amazed our kid.The suite was very spacious, featuring an attached bathroom and a guest washroom, ample cupboard space, sofas, a jacuzzi, and separate wash areas. There was plenty of room for kids to move around and play freely. The lighting was well planned and added greatly to the overall ambiance and comfort.The swimming pool was temperature-controlled, and amenities like the steam bath were complimentary, which was a pleasant surprise with no additional charges.Breakfast was another highlight ’ the pricing was reasonable, and food could be served at the table on request, including live items.
