The hotel itself is nice, but the staff responsible for services like room cleaning are quite rude and disrespectful, often speaking harshly to guests. There's one particular girl who is especially arrogant and behaves poorly, shouting and bringing up irrelevant issues.

The room was somewhat small but sufficient for a brief stay. Basic cleanliness was upheld—the bed sheets and bathroom were tidy. The property operates as a service apartment and offers handy features like a kitchen, microwave, and washing machine. However, some aspects require attention. The wardrobes and windows were very dirty and seemed to have been ignored for quite a while. The air conditioner functioned, but the ceiling fan was noisy, disturbing comfort. Even after asking for a room change, the hotel staff did not reply or offer help.
