Wonderful experience at Tuscany Restaurant! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was outstanding. The manager and staff were very friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome throughout the visit. Everything was well organized and enjoyable ’ highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back!

The Trident Hyderabad is fantastic! I stayed here for 10 days for work and encountered soMany amazing staff here including my first impression with Srajal the bellhop and Sheldon, one of the managers. Truly every single person who works here is amazing and soKind and helpful. I come from a country where tip culture is insane, and even when you tip, the service is mediocre at best. Not here, you aren’t expected to tip anyone yet the level of service you get is superior. The buffet breakfast is so vast! Bishal is a server here and he’s truly one of the best. So friendly, professional and just great over all. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here for future trips.

We stayed at Trident Hyderabad from 21st to 24th December, and our experience was excellent in every way. The stay, food, service, and overall hospitality were truly commendable.I would especially like to thank Ms. Maanasa Prem Kumar (Duty Manager), Mr. Anurag Chaudhary (Restaurant Manager), and Mr. Praveen Dubey (Manager) for their exceptional support and professionalism. Also, sincere thanks to all the other staff members whose names I may not know ’ everyone was courteous, attentive, and helpful.During our stay, our son fell sick, and the team promptly arranged doctor assistance, which gave us great comfort and reassurance. This level of care really reflects their commitment to guests.The ambience and location of the hotel are wonderful ’ calm, well-maintained, and pleasant. The restaurant is excellent, with a wide variety of food options, and the quality and taste were consistently very good.Overall, a memorable and stress-free stay. Highly recommended, and we would definitely choose Trident Hyderabad again.

Checked in today, we had a long flight and they gave the room early so we could rest. Fantastic service and smiles at reception, breakfast. The staff are brilliant and attentive.Beautiful hotel, lovely Christmas decor that has given us the Christmas feeling.Room is large and furnished nicely. Lovely big bath tub, separate shower and amenities.Breakfast, so much choice and quality.Coming back here again later in my trip and look forward to it!

HiI recently visited your restaurant for lunch and I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of salads, starters, and main courses that exceeded my expectations. The desserts were also outstanding.I was particularly impressed with the quality of the food, which was top-notch and maintained consistently throughout the meal. The cleanliness, ambiance, and staff were also excellent.What's surprising was that despite the excellent food and quality, there were only about 10 customers in the restaurant.
