FabHotel Prime Srishoin - Nr TCS Deccan Park, Hitech City

My stay at Hotel Srishoin was excellent. The rooms were tidy, roomy, and well-kept, which made my visit very pleasant. The front desk team, including Akash, Dipu, Ashish, and Uma Kant, was friendly, polite, and always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel's location is convenient, offering easy access to local attractions and transport. The environment was calm, and the service went beyond what I expected. I would certainly suggest Hotel Srishoin to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I am eager to return.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and was mostly disappointed with my experience. The location was convenient, which was a plus. However, the room was not cleaned properly during my stay; the bathroom had visible stains and housekeeping only cleaned after I asked. For a four-night stay, daily cleaning should be standard. The hand wash in the bathroom was empty and was not refilled despite multiple requests over the four days. The food quality was poor, with the complimentary breakfast offering only two set options (idly and one rotating choice), and live-counter items were charged extra. The restaurant food was not good and I would only risk eating it once. Although the hotel policy stated one complimentary bottled water per day, I was charged for water on my final bill. At checkout, I had to pay quickly and was promised a receipt via WhatsApp, but the receipt still showed charges for the water that should have been free. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my stay and have already blacklisted it in my corporate booking system. I am sharing photos to document the condition and hope management will address these issues for future guests.

Basic amenities are not provided. Lots of follow-up needs to be done. Service is not up to the mark.
