Akoya Business Hotel - Hitech City Hyderabad

Stayed at Hotel Akoya for 2 days in Hitech City and had a really good experience overall. It’s a nice option for a solo traveler or business stay, especially because of the location right in the heart of the city with good connectivity nearby.The staff was polite and genuinely helpful, and communication throughout the stay was smooth and clear. Check-in and check-out were seamless as well, which made the whole experience quite hassle-free. The rooms and overall property were clean, hygienic, and well maintained. WiFi was excellent too, especially if you're travelling for work, and the breakfast was nice as well.For the location and overall experience, it also felt pretty budget friendly. Overall, a comfortable and smooth stay. Would definitely recommend it.

My stay at Akoya Hotel was excellent! The hotel is super clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. The breakfast was awesome with great taste and good variety. Hotel rooms are clean and neat. Location is very good. Walkable distance to many good hotels. But this place lacks basic things. No food option throughout the day. Though reviews said food is available here, there was nothing. Not even fresh fruit juice. No proper communication between the reception and kitchen. No cloth stand in the bathroom. No proper dustbin in bathroom. Some amount of attention to smaller details would have helped. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

It’s rare to find a team so consistently kind and dedicated.The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, but what stood out the most was the hospitality. Connectivity is very good, with Uber and Rapido services easily available. The nearest metro station is just a 10-minute walk, making commuting simple and efficient.Food & Dining:My package included breakfast and dinner, both of which were hygienic and tasty. The hotel also allows guests to order food from outside, which adds flexibility for those who want to explore different options.Services & Amenities:I was provided with an early check-in, two hours before the standard time, which was very accommodating.Staff:The staff at Akoya are professional, humble, and always ready to assist. Though I don’t recall everyone’s names, each interaction was pleasant and helpful. At checkout, Mr. Trishul assisted me with the billing process and ensured everything was completed smoothly.Overall Experience:Hotel Akoya offers a great combination of location, food quality, and service. It is a reliable choice for business travelers visiting Hyderabad, and I would gladly recommend it to others.
