Via Deccan Heritage is okay for a short,However, it may not be suitable for families or long stays due to cleanlinessIt is an old hotel building and cost is little pricy.By the way there is different story after booking the room via Fab hotels customer service or u can say online. After reaching the hotel. Hotel is showing the different price list and then after long discussion with Fab team all got settled.do not believe fab online photos actual room photos are different.

I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel in Hyderabad. From the moment we checked in, the service and overall condition of the property were far below expectations. We booked through fab and paid extra for early checkin. When we reached the hotel they refused to give us room and staff told there is only premium room and we need to take it.The room was not clean when we arrived. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, and basic amenities were either missing or not working properly. It felt like customer service was not a priority for them.The facilities advertised online did not match reality. Several things either weren’t available or were in poor condition. For the price we paid, the experience was absolutely not worth it.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I would not recommend this place to anyone visiting Hyderabad, and I definitely won’t be staying here again
