Please don’t go to this restaurant!Horrible service and terrible food. The hot and sour soup literally smelled very bad. We told the staff the soup smelled awful, but they still added it to the bill. When we asked the manager, he just said, ’You should have asked for a replacement and we would have given you some other soup.’ Like, who wants a different soup when we specifically ordered hot and sour soup? ’’The food quality was poor and the service was equally bad. Really disappointed ’ better to avoid this place!

I noticed my review was taken down? We picked this location because it was near my friends family. They called they told them they have no discounts. It includes breakfast. We stayed there 13 nights. I noticed. The second week we were there that they had an internet price $20 difference than what we were paying my friend inquired about it. She talked to three different managers. No one could give us a direct answer. She saw another manager who supposedly asked the supervisor know discount is given. The old lie to her. I showed her what it said on the internet. She paid them for every night. One of the managers there at the front desk lady. She was very rude to us she called my friend a Foreigner and she's from there. This was my first time in India my first trip there. The nicest people were the cleaning staff. The supervisor of the cleaning staff was a nice lady. We had to purchase our own welcome mat that was rubberized because the showers were made of marble. I didn't want to fall in the shower. There was no shower curtainI also used water shoes to take a shower because I didn't want to fall. We found cockroaches in our room. We told the staff. We had to leave the room and he sprayed something. It smelled so bad. It made our eyes watered. The cleaning stuff where the best and kind and gave us bottled water. The lady at the front desk was very rude to my friend. One morning the front desk lady was following us around when we were at breakfast we would get a coupon for breakfast every morning and she was following us around and she had some charge on the bill said that we ordered chicken fried chicken at midnight and my friend said we don't eat meat we're vegetarians. This lady insisted we ate the chicken. That we ordered it. My friend said we're vegetarians we don't eat meat. This is my first visit to India and I saw that she was the front desk lady was trying to scan my friend who's from India. It made a bad impression for me. My friend made her take everything off the bill and said zero balance. I'm also with a group of investors. I have to tell them not to invest in this Indian hotel. Some of the staff the managers were very unprofessional one man was nice and caring. but he still didn't give us a discount. Everybody was looking for a tip. I guess next time. We will go through at hotel.com. the waiters we're nice at breakfast And tried the best to understand usIt was nice to have breakfast there., good location.

We went to attend one marriage, we were not in rooms. Food was good & tasty. They served double ka meetha & fruit custard. Custard was very thick and very less fruits.bread halwa was not much tasty. Its vegitarian food . Rest all items , like biryani curry dal sambar were tasty .

Requesting the management to ensure proper directions are put to access the staircase. It's a challenge to find the staircase. I am worried about the outcome, in case of an emergency. Lifts-I am not sure on what logic they operate, please rectify.The cost paid for the Executive rooms are not justifiable. It's very costly for the condition of the room. Restaurant food is really good, but the cost-very very high. I was asked to vacate my room and was transferred to another building for pest control. The rooms in the other building are below par. Proper planning of pest control could be done so that the guests are not disturbed once checked in. There is ample parking infront and behind the hotel.I am mostly concerned on the safety of the guests staying considering the access to the staircase. It's very alarming that a hotel has taken it for granted.

I have stayed 3 day, the room was very dirty and no cleanes, poor manament, food was good, front officer I don't like his behavior, no proper response
