The hotel initially seemed good, but the experience became disappointing. We were first allotted Room 209 on the second floor, which could not be locked at all. The staff did not inform us about this issue in advance. We went out and, on returning, realized that the door could be opened without any key, which was very concerning from a safety perspective.When we informed the staff, they said they would ’check it,’ but no immediate solution was provided. Housekeeping mentioned something about the key, but the room still remained unsafe. After raising the concern again, they later provided us with another room.While the room change was appreciated, such a serious safety issue should never happen in the first place. Guests should not be allotted rooms that cannot be locked. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I hope the management takes proper action to ensure guest safety in the future.

Visited Sitara Grand near LB Nagar today for an event, and overall the experience was just okay-okay. The event setup and arrangements were neither great nor terrible ’ just average.However, the biggest disappointment was the food. I honestly didn’t like a single item. Every dish tasted below average, and the sweet was extremely sugary ’ after just one or two bites it felt overwhelmingly sweet. Definitely not something I expected from a place like Sitara Grand.The washrooms and rooms were also just okay-okay, nothing impressive.Overall, the experience didn’t match my expectations, and I wouldn’t prefer visiting again for an event here.

I stay next Hotel Sitara Grand, I visited casually for dinner today. Unfortunately, my dining experience was below expectations.I started with a Chicken Manchow Soup (’195) ’ the taste wasn’t as expected, and the beans were quite heavy, affecting the overall flavor. Next, I ordered Punjabi Chicken (’429) ’ the chicken pieces were unusually large and difficult to eat comfortably. The Tandoori Roti was also undercooked; out of three, I could barely manage to finish two.I also noticed the pricing to be on the higher side, such as a 750 ml water bottle costing ’57. Additionally, there seemed to be a lot of wastage and excess bones in the chicken dishes ’ including ribs and bony portions, which reduced the actual edible quantity. The chicken also tasted more like frozen meat rather than fresh.I sincerely request the management and chefs to focus on:Serving properly chopped chicken pieces in reasonable sizesUsing fresh ingredients for better tasteEnsuring consistent cooking qualityMaintaining taste and quality standards in line with the premium pricingBeing a reputed hotel, customers naturally expect professional preparation and good value for money.
