We’ve attended a saree function last week, dont know how much my cousin spent on all of it but the service and food provided was of lowest quality. It was quite bland and lacked flavour. The dishes could definitely use more of chefs work. Overall, the taste was disappointing and could be improved.And for such high price what you provide is the worst

We are regular customers of Shubham Restaurant, Kokapet. Today we ordered noodles and biryani, the noodles were undercooked and smells bad. This is not the first time, we received bad quality of good. Swiggy support did not help, so today we called the restaurant directly. As soon as I mentioned the order, the call was disconnected with no further response. This is very disappointing for regular customers. Please look into the food quality while delivering and how customer calls are handled.

We had an amazing meal at Shubham palace restaurant. The Ulavucharu biryani was the perfect balance of spice and comfort. There apricot delight was out of the world. The service and recommendations by Mr Subhendu we're definitely the highlight. Will definitely visit again!
