Room was very smelly and bathroom is small and not clean for a 3 star, this is more like a lodge. We paid early check-in fee as well but vacated and moved before the actual checkin time, foregoing the entire payment.
Room facilities is not upto mark when comparing to past 2 years back
Unfortunately, we could not stay at this hotel at all.We arrived at around 7 PM with our family after travelling and were expecting to simply check in and rest. However, the room had an unpleasant smell, the bedsheets were visibly stained/unclean, and the overall cleanliness was not acceptable.To give the hotel an opportunity to resolve the issue, we checked approximately 3–4 other rooms shown to us by the staff. Unfortunately, we found similar cleanliness and smell issues in those rooms as well.We then specifically asked whether they had a better or upgraded room available and told them that we were willing to pay extra for the upgrade. We were informed that no better/upgraded room was available.At that point, despite it already being evening and our family being tired, we had no option but to leave without staying even one night and search for another hotel.We genuinely tried to find a solution before leaving — including checking several rooms and offering to pay more for an upgrade. Based on our experience, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms need significant improvement.
