Terrible experience after booking through Fab Hotel. Initially assigned Room 404 on the 4th floor, which was dirty and had broken jet spray and flush. After complaining, I was moved to Room 203 on the 2nd floor, which was even worse. The floor and windows were covered in dust, bedsheets, pillows, and walls had stains, and there was a strong bad smell. Garbage was left in the dustbin outside the room, and the doormat was dirty. The windows were loose, causing loud noise from the wind all night. I asked reception to clean the room while I was out, but despite several reminders, it was never cleaned. I had to stay in these unhygienic conditions. The next morning, there was no water until I complained and staff turned on the motor, which should have been handled without prompting. Even after more requests, the room stayed dirty, and I had to endure another night like this. No refund was given despite complaints and proof.

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026First of all its not a hotel, its a PG with no cleanliness. There was bed bug, cockroach on the bed. Bedsheets were not cleaned and pillow cover was unwashed. In the Bathroom first there was not water and when the water came the jet spray was broken.AC was not working at all, fan was not in good condition.
The staff took a long time to assign the room despite being informed about early check-in. There was no water, the fan was broken, the geyser was not functioning, and the kitchen area was dirty. They initially promised an in-house kitchen and breakfast, but the staff declined to serve breakfast. Overall, it felt like a waste of money.
