Overall a fantastic experience. would happily stay here again and the service was excellent and everyone was so welcoming and helpful.A special mention to Ramnath, who was incredibly attentive and his warm attitude really stood out.

**Very Disappointing Experience**This has honestly been a very disappointing hotel experience. There is a serious lack of communication and basic guest service.Even for breakfast and meals, there is a fixed menu without asking the guest what they would actually like to eat. Why should a guest be expected to eat dal, paneer, or whatever is decided by the hotel? At the very least, the staff should ask for the guest’s preference and then serve accordingly.On top of that, when we requested something as basic as chapati, we were told that it would be charged separately. I completely understand that additional items may have an extra cost, but **please let the guest eat first and worry about the bill afterward!** Guests should not have to hesitate before ordering basic food because of unexpected charges.The overall experience has been frustrating due to poor coordination, unclear information, and a lack of understanding of basic guest expectations. I expected much better hospitality and service from a hotel.**Overall: A bad experience and definitely an area where the hotel needs significant improvement.**Since I checked in, there has been a complete lack of clarity and coordination from the hotel staff. Different staff members are giving different information about basic things like dinner’one person says it will be available in the cafeteria, while another says it will be served in the room.There doesn’t seem to be proper communication between the staff, and guests are left confused about what is actually happening. I expected much better service and coordination from the hotel. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication and guest service.Highly not recommended property ’?

I had a very pleasant stay at Bloom Hotel, Gachibowli. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent.A special thanks to Ram Nath Jadhav for his outstanding service. He was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. His professionalism and dedication made my stay even more comfortable.Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Rooms while really good and well equipped with toiletries and pantry, were a little smaller in size.. service was good but no inhouse restaurant, it's in partnership with a neighbouring one. The also don't provide proper plates.. it's paper plate and spoon.Location is good.

We chose this hotel for our business trip mainly because of its perfect location. However, the room quality did not match the price charged. The toilet seat was broken, and overall maintenance seemed lacking. For the premium price we paid, we expected much better standards.
