It was good stay for 2 days. The location is quite good, because it's just 1 min walk to nearby metro station RTC X Roads. You can commute to either Secunderabad West metro station that takes you to Railway station or MGBS metro which is bus stand.There were few sounds like a vaccum cleaner at night around 11pm. Apart from that, it's all good.There's a Chinese restaurant called Terracotta on 5th floor, it includes breads like naan, roti etc. So, you can't get a south indian lunch/dinner here. But in tiffin, you can get idly, dosa and other common stuff that's good for a morning peaceful breakfast. The advantage is there's a pure veg restaurant just 1min walk away, it's called Snehitha restaurant.Overall pleasant experience. There's a building being constructed behind this hotel. Once it's done, I think it would reduce the ventilation (although the rooms have curtains).So, overall a good hotel, especially for single person who's visiting Hyderabad.

Highly congested rooms with low ceiling , the AC was hitting us hard and without it the Hyd summer heat was unbearable . All we need in a hotel is a hygienic comfortable stay and it didn’t give us that. One night there and we fell sick due to the AC and not sure what. We were given a room far end of the corridor which seemed unused unventilated for months.The hotel didn’t have a restaurant for breakfast . We checked in very late in the night at 11pm and though the hotel had almost zero occupancy they didn’t allow a late checkout request of 2 hrs . Since my husband was sick we had to pay 1k plus taxes for a 4 hr extension of checkout. Lesson learnt: do not compromise on your stay to save a few thousands.The reviews that this is near the shopping area is all false, there’s nothing around this area to shop as a traveller.
