One Star ’ Very Disappointing ExperienceStayed here on 3rd March 2026.The facilities have strict time limits, and even during the allowed timing, the swimming pool was locked and not cleaned at all. We specifically chose this place for the pool, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment.Despite repeatedly requesting the reception to open the pool, they finally opened it only for half an hour ’ which was absolutely unfair and inconvenient.If you are booking this property mainly for the swimming pool, I would strongly advise you to reconsider. Worst choice for a pool stay.Attaching picture just to show genuine response and picture cannot justify how bad the pool is

Disater -100 ratingOur stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the poor condition of the room and lack of basic service.The room was clearly not maintained. The AC was not working, and the fan, fridge, and TV were also non-functional. The shower had no water supply, the sink was blocked, and the overall cleanliness of the room was below standard. There was a strong cigarette smell throughout the room, which made it very uncomfortable. Even basic amenities like drinking water were not provided.What made the experience worse was the complete lack of support. There was no telephone in the room to contact reception or room service. There also seemed to be very limited staff available. Every time we faced an issue, we had to go downstairs personally to report it, which was highly inconvenient and frustrating.Overall, the hotel failed to meet even basic hospitality standards in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and guest service. We sincerely hope management takes immediate action to improve these conditions for future guests.

A Disguised Nightmare ’ 4 Rooms in 48 HoursRatings (Zero if possible)I’ve stayed in many places, but this was hands-down the worst hotel experience of my life. Don’t let the "decent" exterior fool you; the inside is a disaster zone of poor maintenance and hygiene failures.I booked a 2-day stay (Feb 19th’21st) and was forced to change rooms four times because of the appalling conditions:Room 233: AC was broken.Room 227: The bathroom was filthy and in total disarray.Room 109: This is where the nightmare peaked. The entire 1st-floor corridor flooded with drain water. I spent a horrific night watching sewage back up into the toilet. The smell and lack of hygiene were unbearable.Room 518: My fourth room in two days.By the time I was settled, my trip was already ruined. To be shifted from room to room just to encounter new mechanical or plumbing failures is unacceptable. Honestly, you are better off staying in a budget lodge than wasting your money and sanity here.Avoid this place at all costs.

Worse experience.No staff available to help around. They even charge for plates and spoons.Once you do room order they charge you first , someone comes to room and collects money and then order is delivered.Intercom never worksReception folks barely care about any help that you ask for.Only outside look and feel of hotel is decent but service is way below averageRooms are okayish.
