Lemonridge Hotels Kukatpally

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The meals, lodging, and general service were all top-notch. The employees were courteous, warm, and accommodating during my entire visit. I particularly valued the assistance of Mr. Rupesh at the reception, who was very kind and supportive. In summary, it was an excellent stay, and I would certainly suggest this hotel to others.

Rooms are small.

Nice choice for a brief visit

I faced a lot of frustration dealing with the hotel management about a cancellation. One of my reservations got cancelled, but it took more than 20 days to get the refund. Contacting their customer service was tough, as my calls were frequently ignored and delays were blamed on the accounts team being unavailable. Although the money was finally deposited straight into my bank account instead of the original refund method, it took excessive effort to follow up. Be careful when booking directly on their official site.

I am Santhosh from Bangalore. I chose Hotel Lemonridge because it is conveniently located close to my office. Since I travel almost 15 days every month for work, I stay at many hotels and have experienced different levels of hospitality.During my recent visit to Hyderabad, I booked my stay at Hotel Lemonridge. From the moment I called to make the reservation, through check-in, my entire stay, and until check-out, the experience was outstanding. The team made me feel welcome and ensured everything was smooth and comfortable.I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Jagdish and Mr. Prabath for their exceptional customer service and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant, and their professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out.Because of the excellent hospitality provided by these two gentlemen and the entire team, I will definitely choose Hotel Lemonridge again for my future visits to Hyderabad. I would also highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding customer service.
