I recently spent a night at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were welcoming and made the entire stay hassle-free. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and efficient. I left feeling relaxed and satisfied with the service provided.

I had a decent stay at Westside Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel was clean overall, and the breakfast was good, although it could be improved a little more. The rooms, however, are not very attractive and a lot of work still needs to be done inside to make them feel more modern and comfortable. A special thanks to Arun Kumar at the reception ’ he was professional, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. Overall, a good experience because of the staff and cleanliness.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. My colleague stayed here, and I also chose to stay, which turned out to be a great decision. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was very relaxing.I would especially like to appreciate the service provided by Mr. Basant, Mr. Chandramani, Mr. Dasmat, Mr. Surendra. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made the stay even more pleasant.The food was good, but there is some scope for improvement, especially in terms of variety and taste.Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality. I would recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again.

Stayed at Hotel Westside and honestly, it was an amazing experience! The rooms were super clean, cozy, and had a really premium vibe. Staff was polite, quick, and made everything feel smooth and comfortable.But the real highlight? The FOOD ’? Absolutely delicious! Every dish was full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. From starters to desserts, everything tasted top-notch. This hotel is a great value option in this area. I loved the cleanliness, the room size, the breakfast, and the location. One thing I particularly want to highlight is the hospitality and nature of the staff. Most of the staff are from Odisha, and they are incredibly cooperative and helpful.I checked out early for Visa work, but I finished sooner than expected and returned to the hotel. Even though I had already checked out, they still offered me breakfast (which was included in my booking) and let me use the room again until the official checkout time. I was really touched by this kind of cooperation. I loved my stay! ’’
