Very disappointing stay. The hotel's location is not ideal, with drainage water flowing right in front of the property, causing a strong and unpleasant smell in the surrounding area. The room cleanliness was also a major concern. In the middle of the night, I found what appeared to be bed bugs on the bed, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and raised serious hygiene concerns. The breakfast options were very limited and did not meet expectations. Additionally, there was confusion regarding the invoice. While Ixigo mentioned that the hotel would provide the bill at the time of checkout, the hotel staff informed me that they could not issue a bill for a prepaid booking. This created unnecessary inconvenience.
