I had a wonderful stay at 32 Urban by Akoya Hotels. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ms.Srujana, who was very kind and supportive throughout my stay. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you, Ms Srujana, for the great service and wonderful job thank you so much ’?

Review of Our StayWe booked a Studio Room for our stay. While the property has a few positive aspects, there are several areas that require attention to improve the overall guest experience.The Studio Room is quite compact. Although it features a kitchenette, it is practically non-functional as no cookware or basic utensils are provided. The absence of car parking is another significant drawback, particularly for guests travelling by their own vehicles. Additionally, there is no gymnasium or fitness facility on the premises.The room lighting is inadequate and requires improvement to provide a more comfortable and functional ambience. Housekeeping standards are generally good, and the front desk team is courteous, responsive, and willing to assist with guest requests.However, the bathroom design and amenities need considerable improvement:The washbasin counter offers very limited space for toiletries.Hand towels are not placed in the room on arrival and are provided only upon request. Even then, there is no dedicated towel ring or hanger to keep them.Toilet rolls are also provided only on request instead of being stocked in the bathroom.No bath soap or shower gel is available inside the shower cubicle.The shower area is poorly designed, allowing water to spill onto the bathroom floor outside the cubicle.There are insufficient hooks for hanging clothes and bath towels.Sanitary disposal bags are not provided.The wardrobe has too few hangers, and those provided are of different shapes and sizes, giving an untidy impression.Another concern was that the TV remote was non-functional upon arrival. This indicates that the room readiness checklist may not have been thoroughly verified by the housekeeping supervisor before the room was released for occupancy.Overall, the property has a responsive front office team and maintains acceptable housekeeping standards. However, several operational shortcomings, particularly regarding room amenities, bathroom functionality, lighting, and quality control checks, need to be addressed to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around. The staff were courteous, polite, and helpful throughout our stay.The only area that needs improvement is the food service. The pakodi snacks were not good, and the tea delivered to our room was cold. We requested that it be reheated, but it took nearly 2 hours to receive it back. The coffee was also below expectations.Overall, we had a pleasant stay because of the good rooms, helpful staff, and great location. Improving the food quality and service would make the experience much better.

Recently me and my family had visited this hotel for 4 nights* GOOD POINTS*1 . Lookwise the room was good but no maintenance2 . It is good for solo buisness people not for family vacation* BAD POINTS *1 . The food in restaurant was tasteless2 . A mushroom was literally growing in washroom. My daughter was so irritated3 . The service was to late4 . We went out of the room with family and our luggage were open the housekeeping came to clean and they didn't call to ask permissionPLEASE NEVER VISIT
