Hello Agoda Customer Support,I am raising an urgent complaint regarding my booking Booking ID: 2045857853.We had booked 2 rooms through Agoda. However, after reaching the property, we were told that the booked rooms were not available. The alternative room shown to us was in extremely poor and unhygienic condition.* No hot water was available.* There were cockroaches/insects in the room.* The AC was not working.* The room was not suitable for staying.* Our booked 2 rooms were not provided.Because of this situation, we are now forced to book another hotel/2 rooms ourselves, which is causing additional expense and major inconvenience.We request Agoda to cancel/refund our original booking without any cancellation charges and reimburse/compensate us for the additional cost of booking another hotel, as the property failed to provide the booked rooms and basic facilities.We have photos/videos as evidence and can provide them immediately.Please treat this as an urgent matter and help us resolve it immediately.
