It is a good location, but badly maintained. The bathroom floor is broken, door is broken, cealing is cracking, no proper lock to the door, no privacy to the pool. Even the bed is not a good one.
I'm not sure about the rooms and location, but the staff is very irresponsible. I called to book for May 1st, and at first they said only one room was available. I told them to confirm and send the payment link. Trusting them, I canceled another inquiry I had made. Later, they didn't send the payment link and stopped replying. Then someone else messaged me saying there were no slots. If there were no slots from the start, why did they say yes? When I contacted the first person again, he also said yes but now isn't responding to my questions. I liked it initially, but I won't visit again. No matter how good the location is, without proper service it won't work. You can check the chat; they see the messages but ignore them.

It's surprising that such a large hotel doesn't offer any other online payment options. It feels like a payment scam where they take the booking and then demand full offline payment within 24 hours, no matter when the stay is scheduled.
