The issue was reported immediately, but no alternative room was provided.The hotel initially assured us that a partial refund would be processed, but later refused to provide one, citing the online booking.A working washroom is a basic requirement. Very poor handling of the issue and customer service. Not recommended.

Highlight is the flexibility the hotel offer, which makes us feel to revisit the hotel.Breakfast have limited options but well maintained in terms of taste and arrangement.One of sure hotels i would prefer to stay when i come to hyderabad. Encouraging to continue the same. The con i feel is bumby drive to reach the location and non availability of shaded parking spots.

Excellent stay with excellent service.Staff were friendly and polite. We stayed there with family and they specially arranged dinner for us on such short notice.Food was amazing and their complimentary buffet breakfast has good taste.Good location and value for money.

We had a wonderful experience in Akoya Business Hotel! Room was very clean and spacious. Very comfortable sofa! Facilities were provided as well. Only a few minimal complaints like absence of milk powder, sufficient sugar and towels. We had booked Executive room. The room and the toilet were very neat and hygienic. Overall pleasant stay!
