I had a very frustrating stay. There was no internet all day and also no jio network coverage which made it impossible to do my online work. The TV also wasn't working due to the network issues. To make matters worse, the check-in process was disappointing. Even though rooms were available, staff denied my check-in at 11:35 AM and made me wait, claiming it would take 10 minutes.
I stayed at Hotel Aurora Bliss a few times and it's my first choice of place in Hyderabad for short stays. This is an exceptional property with nice and spacious rooms. The rooms are new, well maintained, stylish and very clean. Bedspread and furniture are excellent. The property's location is perfect. You are close to almost everything including shopping malls, offices and MNC's.Chandan along with his colleagues on the front desk are very helpful and warm. They provide excellent reception to the guests and are extremely hospitable. They accommodate you well. Thank you, dear Chandan! Room service staff Pradeep, Rajan, Bishnu and others do a great job. Bathrooms are very clean and maintained extremely well. Any requirements are fulfilled promptly. Shivakumar, the manager was very helpful when I needed a last-minute change.Great Wi-fi, interior decor of rooms, exceptional lighting, comfort and peaceful. Safe and secure.
