Actually wanted to give (Minus) 10 as ratingReview -PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY AT THIS PATHETIC PLACE WITH ARROGANT PEOPLE WORKINGThis is the worst hotel stay experience’.Below are the reasons in detail for anyone who is considering to book a stay in this pathetic place’please avoid1. It was a corporate stay which was pre- booked but on arrival I got to know that there are twin beds option only which had wheel so it was moving when I simple touched it’.was not able to sleep properly entire night.2. Next day the room was changed but access card was not working, staff didn’t bothered to help just abruptly said we have to visit reception to make it work3. At reception on date - 18/02/2025 time - 9:25 PM a highly arrogant man (Gopi Krishnan)was in charge who taunted me that I should not keep my keys near electric appliance who didn’t have prior knowledge that the key was given me for first time4. In morning I requested for arranging hair oil sachet or small bottle but again incharge at reception rudely denied it and didn’t even try to help me5. For breakfast there was Bonda, that were worst bonda I had in my life, the batter at middle part was as it is it was not cooked.6. Next point was when I ordered food online the reception person denied to give me my ordered food through their staff and rudely asked me to collect my food on own as if he was pissed off as I was not having food at their restaurant7. My room was cleaned even when I haven’t handed over key to staff. My all belonging was spread across the room and it was cleaned, in my entire stays at various hotel it was first time that my room was cleaned without my permissionTo cut it short please avoid booking at this place
