Hotel Sonia

Stayed for 1 day on business travel. Service was very poor rest was good. Specially breakfast was excellent.

Worst service of all hotels in rudrapur.There's a reason it's 2 star. Kindly go for better option. Maybe you'd think its cheap so go ahead but I'd suggest it might ruin your mood and stay cause staff aint polite plus they think they own rudrapur.

We went to Sonia Hotel to celebrate my chachi chachu’s anniversary expecting a warm and memorable family dinner. Unfortunately, it turned into a horrible experience.The food was served completely cold and the quality was terrible. After reaching home multiple family members started feeling uneasy and sick. Which clearly shows something was seriously wrong with the food hygiene.The staff was not welcoming at all. No warmth, no hospitality, no basic courtesy it felt like we were a burden rather than guests.A place where people come to celebrate special moments should at least ensure fresh food, hygiene, and respectful service. Sadly, Sonia Hotel failed on all fronts.Overall, a terrible experience.Would not recommend this place for family celebrations.

Location, Food, People, atmosphere, Rooms all deserve 4+ stars. My small concern is room service. Rest I am happy.
