Prices are increased like a hell.1 Chilly chicken is for Rs. 750.Do you know 5 kg chicken comes in 750. & waiters are unprofessional. Not that good service earlier it was very good.Now they have renovated the building so they are trying to recover the money from food. Prices are increased very very high. & even after that service is not good. No first aid box available. Insect bite in there restaurant to my mom. No facility given

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The behavior of the staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. The service overall was very poor, far below any acceptable standard.Despite initially committing to certain amenities and services, the hotel did not follow through on those promises. To make matters worse, they did not accept card payments, which caused additional inconvenience.The food quality has also gone down significantly. It’s clear they are taking advantage of being the only hotel in Anuppur and are not concerned about maintaining basic standards of hospitality.Would not recommend unless absolutely no other option is available.

The room I stayed in was spacious with a large bathroom. The TV was not working. Food is good but very limited breakfast options. Room tariff is little on the higher side.

The hotel looks big from outside and you will feel like, you are going to a good hotel, but bathrooms can be better, cleanliness can be improved. Also the service was not appropriate, I asked for tea , they gave coffee. They can become much more professional. And yes blankets were pathetic.
