To the owner - if you really want your hotel to do good business then change the lady receptionist or educate, she is so dumb that she doesn't even listen or understand whatbcustomer is talking.Plust you should atleast keep room clean before giving to guestProvide basic kit like soap and towel in roomAnd improve the better entrance- after seeing your room it felt like, place is only of redline*** and lift is notnworking

This is not a hotel, its a small building in the middle of the slum. there is no approach road to this hotel. you have to carry your luggage by your own from 100 meter from the road. once you get in, you wont find lobby, you find the people sitting in the reception are labor class and have no sense of manners, there is no lift, there is no wifi, they gave me room the third floor. there is no water bottle, in the name of toiletries, they gave one small medimix soap. there is no mirror in the toilet and there is no towel and cloth hanging hook inside the towel.the room was horrible. no clean, you wont find anything clean nearby so called hotel. I strongly recommend not to book this hotel . you will regret at last. maximum review at paid and not real.

​I encountered several major issues during my stay: ​Poor Staff Behavior: The front desk and service staff were highly unprofessional, uncooperative, and rude. Instead of addressing guest concerns, they exhibited a dismissive and hostile attitude. ​Lack of Cleanliness: The room and common areas were poorly maintained. The bed linens were unwashed, the bathroom was not properly sanitized, and there was a noticeable buildup of dust and dirt, which is completely unacceptable for a hospitality business. ​Low Maintenance: The room infrastructure was neglected. Elements like electrical fixtures and plumbing were not functioning optimally, reflecting a total lack of regular property upkeep. ​Non-functional Wi-Fi: Despite Wi-Fi being advertised as a standard amenity, the internet connection was completely down during my stay. When I brought this up to the staff, no effort was made to fix it, which severely inconvenienced my schedule. ​Overcharging: Upon checkout, I was shocked to find hidden costs and inflated rates on my final bill that did not align with my original booking agreement. Charging premium rates for sub-par services and unrendered amenities is completely unjustifiable.
