Triple Tree Hotel & Resorts

Triple tree hotel is one of the worst hotels which has no facilities and no room service. No response of call. No handwash and soap in the bathroom. In the morning I called them for glass soap handwash and a fresh {towel provided by them but .....} Not picked the call Kul milakar dharmshala hai.

This hotel, which is so-called a ’resort,’ is nowhere near deserving even the letter R of resort.Location: Pathetic ’ slum view, horrible location, and a ’Divorce Bar’ right in front.Rooms: No ventilation. Windows can’t be opened due to the bar in front. Unclean windows with thick dust and mud accumulated.Facilities: Geyser not working, no hot water, and staff weren’t bothered to fix it.Cleanliness: Clumsy bedsheets, no towels or soap provided.Hygiene: I would rate it minus zero

Everything's just bad. The room's a mess. It's not worth the money at all. The receptionist says one thing and the other staff say another. Nothing's planned or coordinated. They said they had a free drop-off from the hotel to the airport, but in the morning, the taxi driver asked for 500 for less than 3 kms. Look around nearby, but don't stress yourself out here.The room has a lot of buge and cockroaches. They don't even have the proper facility to clean it.

Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. From the moment we arrived, there was a persistent bad smell throughout the premises, which made the environment very uncomfortable. Additionally, several people were drinking around the property, and the strong cigarette odor added to the unpleasant atmosphere. This does not make the hotel suitable for families at all.What was even more surprising was the lack of basic amenities. The bathroom did not even have washing liquid or essential toiletries, which is something every guest expects as a minimum standard.Overall, the hotel failed to provide a comfortable or family-friendly experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and safe place to stay.

The manager pressured me to give a 5-star review on Google and even stood beside me, insisting that I write it immediately. When I refused to lie, their attitude changed completely ’ they became rude and stopped being cooperative about my checkout process.It’s very unethical and unprofessional for a hotel to force guests to give fake positive reviews instead of improving their service. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place. There are plenty of better options that actually care about their guests.
