All good but hotel staff are less and room service is not betree
I booked a room with twin beds, but the hotel did not provide the room as booked. Instead, they provided an extra bed that was not actually a bed—it was just a small foam seat, which was completely unsuitable.There was also water leakage throughout the bathroom, making it very inconvenient and unhygienic. The room did not have a geyser either. Instead, the hotel provided electric water heaters, which I found unsafe, especially for children and other guests.The hotel also charged me extra money without providing a proper bill or receipt, which is unacceptable.Agoda referred to this property as a 3-star hotel, but based on my experience, it was nowhere close to a 3-star standard. Honestly, it felt like a zero-star hotel.We trusted Agoda while making this booking, and this was my first experience with such a disappointing and misleading hotel listing. I strongly request Agoda to investigate this property and take appropriate action. Guests should receive the facilities and standards that are advertised at the time of booking.
