This hotel is a complete waste of money. I booked a Super Deluxe Room for my family holiday, expecting a comfortable and pleasant stay, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.There was water leakage from the tap, no packed drinking water was provided, and the AC was continuously dripping water onto the bed. There was also no proper daily room cleaning or housekeeping service.The room maintenance was very poor, and the overall experience completely spoiled our family holiday. The hotel management seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, maintenance, and basic guest services. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. Save your money and choose a better place.ଏହି ହୋଟେଲ୍ରେ ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିବା ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବ୍ୟର୍ଥ। ମୁଁ ମୋ ପରିବାର ସହ ଛୁଟି କାଟିବା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ସୁପର୍ ଡିଲକ୍ସ ରୁମ୍ ବୁକ୍ କରିଥିଲି। ଏକ ସୁବିଧାଜନକ ଓ ଆରାମଦାୟକ ରହଣୀର ଆଶା କରିଥିଲି, କିନ୍ତୁ ଦୁର୍ଭାଗ୍ୟବଶତଃ ଆମର ଅନୁଭୂତି ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ନିରାଶାଜନକ ଥିଲା।ପାଣି ଟ୍ୟାପ୍ରୁ ଲିକ୍ ହେଉଥିଲା, ପ୍ୟାକେଟ୍ ପିଇବା ପାଣି ଦିଆଯାଇନଥିଲା ଏବଂ ACରୁ ଲଗାତାର ପାଣି ବୁନ୍ଦା ବିଛଣା ଉପରେ ପଡ଼ୁଥିଲା। ଏହା ସହିତ, ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ରୁମ୍ ସଫା କରିବା କିମ୍ବା ଠିକ୍ଠାକ୍ ହାଉସକିପିଂ ସେବା ମଧ୍ୟ ମିଳୁନଥିଲା।ରୁମ୍ର ରକ୍ଷଣାବେକ୍ଷଣ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଖରାପ ଥିଲା ଏବଂ ସମଗ୍ର ଅନୁଭୂତି ଆମ ପରିବାରର ଛୁଟିକୁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନଷ୍ଟ କରିଦେଲା। ହୋଟେଲ୍ ପରିଚାଳନାକୁ ପରିଷ୍କାର-ପରିଚ୍ଛନ୍ନତା, ରକ୍ଷଣାବେକ୍ଷଣ ଏବଂ ମୌଳିକ ଅତିଥି ସେବାରେ ଗୁରୁତର ସୁଧାର ଆଣିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।ମୁଁ ଏହି ହୋଟେଲ୍କୁ କାହାକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ, ବିଶେଷକରି ପରିବାର ସହ ଯାଉଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ, ସୁପାରିଶ କରିବି ନାହିଁ। ନିଜ ଟଙ୍କା ବଞ୍ଚାନ୍ତୁ ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟ କୌଣସି ଭଲ ହୋଟେଲ୍ ବାଛନ୍ତୁ।
Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel The Pearl was far below expectations. As a woman travelling alone and as the person who made the booking, I was initially given a small, shabby room with small cockroaches, which was extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable.After complaining, I was shifted to a better room, but even that room had several issues. The bathroom had multiple plumbing problems, there was no soap, and even the towel rod was missing. The overall room service was also poor and far from what one would expect from a decent hotel.Today, I did not receive the complimentary breakfast that was supposed to be provided. Before checking out, I therefore ordered a paid coffee, but despite waiting, the coffee never arrived.Overall, the experience was disappointing—from the initial room allocation and cleanliness to the poor maintenance, housekeeping and room service. I expected much better hospitality and basic amenities from Hotel The Pearl. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
