Treebo Lazystay Elite

My stay was quite unsatisfactory. To start with, the room was dirty. At check-in, guests expect at least a friendly smile and a warm greeting, but none of that was offered. Additionally, the food quality was very low and disappointing. The main problem occurred at the reception where my bill was ₹456, yet the receptionist tried to charge me nearly twice that amount by including charges for another room that had already been settled. This does not seem like an innocent error since a professional establishment should have accurate billing systems. It felt like an intentional effort to overcharge me. Since Treebo is a well-known brand, I urge the management to address these problems seriously because such incidents harm the trust guests place in the brand.

Top affordable hotel around here. Strongly suggest it.

Recently stayed with my family. We were astonished and greatly satisfied to get a two bedroom stay with a balcony and all other facilities.

Wonderful experience. The room was tidy and roomy. The complimentary breakfast offered many healthy choices. The service was very pleasant.

This is my fourth visit in two years. The room conditions seem to be deteriorating daily. Elevator service is poor, with wait times being unexpectedly long. Overall, services are good, but the food menu options are extremely limited and not suitable for current expectations. However, the food quality is good. The bath and bed linens require urgent attention and should be replaced as soon as possible for hygiene reasons.
