Very Disappointing Stay ’ Not RecommendedI stayed at Treebo Kings Court, Bhubaneswar from 05 March 2026 to 06 March 2026 with my partner, and honestly it was a very disappointing experience.First of all, the check-in process was extremely slow and the staff did not seem interested in helping guests. We had to wait unnecessarily even though the booking was already confirmed.When we entered the room, the cleanliness was below average. The room did not feel properly maintained and the washroom hygiene was also not up to the standard you expect from a hotel claiming to provide quality service.Another major issue was the lack of basic hospitality. The staff behavior was quite careless and unprofessional. Whenever we asked for assistance, the response was slow and sometimes completely ignored.The overall ambience and service quality did not justify the price at all. For a couple staying just one night, we expected at least basic comfort and professionalism, but unfortunately that was missing.I would not recommend this hotel to couples or travelers who are looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Bhubaneswar. All staff in the hotel are very helpful, behaving well with guest. Hygiene is also good, specially Mr. Sanjiv (Manager) is very polite and dealing well with the guest.

Breakfast not good. Washbasin in the bathrooms were cracked. Overall an average stay.

Room service is really good. Staff is very helpful and very polite. Free breakfast is included in stay. Even if you forget staff calls you for breakfast or even they ask for room service.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The rooms are so different from what they look like in the images.The hotel is shady and service is also bad. I had booked a room through clear trip for 2 nights but considering how shady the room and service was I decided to check out after spending one night. The hotel management are fraud and liars, when i requested them for refund, they lied to the clear trip customer care about my check out timing and kept coming up with excuses with nothing concrete. Very unprofessional! This may be one of my worst experiences with a hotel and their service ever! There are definitely better options in Bhubaneshwar for the same price.
