I had a very unpleasant experience at Hotel Eden Roc. The service delay was unacceptable, and we had to wait far too long for our order. Moreover, the food quality was disappointing and not worth the price. Such poor service and food standards significantly affect the reputation of the hotel.

This is a very bad hotel, especially because of the staff behavior. The employees are rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. Customer service is extremely poor and does not match the expectations of a hotel like this. I would not recommend staying here.
