The accommodation may serve as a basic overnight shelter, other aspects are not satisfactory. Towels were not provided in the deluxe room, and the toilet seat was broken, need manual adjustment for use. The attendant was unresponsive and declined a room change request, while a room was available in the same category. Furthermore, breakfast was refused at 10 AM even it was included in the booking terms.
