Rooms were stinking, the staff changed by room like 2 times, still the rooms of this hotel were stinking, cockroaches in bathroom, AC not cooling properly. Very disappointing experience

Disappointing Stay Experience

The entire stay was unsatisfactory. Trying to reach the reception was annoying since the calls seldom went through, making it hard to get help when required. The breakfast buffet was quite mediocre and didn't justify the cost. I wouldn't suggest spending extra on the buffet as it wasn't worthwhile. Additionally, there are limited good places to eat nearby, so finding decent food outside the hotel is challenging.
